City to Perform Scheduled Network Maintenance on Monday, February 16

911 and other critical public safety services will not be impacted

On Monday, February 16 beginning at 6:30 a.m., the City will perform planned network maintenance that will temporarily create service outages for various City online services. Services affected include, but are not limited to: 

  • Alex311 (website and app)
  • APEX Permitting & Land Use system
  • Business Tax Portal
  • Interactive maps
  • Guest, Visitor, and Motorcoach parking permits 

911 and other critical public safety services will not be impacted. Maintenance is expected to be completed by 2:30 p.m..
