The $250,000 pool of funding is anticipated to support between 1-5 users. The funding would be awarded to qualified arts, entertainment or innovation tenants leasing ground floor space in commercial properties anywhere in the City. The funds would be used for tenant improvement expenses to include soft costs (design, permit fees) and hard cost improvements.
