City of Alexandria’s Citizen Corps Council to Host Information Night on Community Preparedness

The City of Alexandria invites residents to attend the Citizen Corps Council (CCC) Information Night on Monday, April 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Nannie J. Lee Recreation Center. This event offers a unique opportunity for community members to engage with the various organizations that comprise the CCC and learn how to take an active role in local preparedness efforts.

The evening is designed to be both informative and consultative. Attendees will discover how they can join organizations dedicated to keeping Alexandria resilient and ready for emergencies. In addition to networking with local groups, the CCC will be seeking direct feedback through a short survey.
