There is something special about summer in Alexandria. Longer days, new friendships, and the chance for kids to try something they have never done before. Our summer camps are open for registration and spots are already filling.

Whether your child wants to run, build, create, or explore, we have a camp that will spark their interest and keep them engaged all season long.

For the all-around campers
Power On and Power Up camps are a great choice for kids who want a little bit of everything. Led by RPCA staff, these camps mix sports, STEM, arts, games, and outdoor play into full days that keep kids moving, trying new things, and having fun. No two days feel the same, and kids leave with new skills, new friends, and stories to share.

For the water lovers
Make a splash this summer with aquatics camps designed for all skill levels. From Preschool Swim Camp for beginners to Alex Swim Camp for building confidence in the water, there is a place for every swimmer to grow. Kids can sharpen their skills at Swim Team Prep Camp and Swim Team Clinic Camp, or try something new and exciting with Youth Water Polo Camp. It is all about building confidence, staying active, and having fun in the water.

For the builders and creators
Step into digital worlds with Cyberteck camps such as Coding in Minecraft (for ages 6-9 and for ages 10-14), Animation Using Minecraft (for ages 6-9 and for ages 10-14), and Fortnite Level Design, where imagination meets real skills. Young entrepreneurs can bring big ideas to life at My First Lemonade Stand camp and Future Millionaires camp. For those who love to create, Art Innovators camp is all about experimenting, designing, and making something uniquely their own.

For the movers and players
Get ready for action with soccer camps, tennis camps, skateboarding, lacrosse camps, and flag football. Try something new with pickleball camps or build confidence and teamwork at cheerleading camp. Track and field camp and kickball camp keep the energy high and the fun going all day.

For the curious minds
Skyhawks STEM and Play blends hands on learning with active play, perfect for kids who want a little bit of everything. Spend the day building with LEGO® camps, where kids work through hands on projects inspired by real-world engineering and design.

No matter their interests, every camp is designed to help kids stay active, make friends, and create memories they will carry long after summer ends.

Spots are limited and many camps fill quickly, so now is the time to plan your summer.
