If you are turning age 65 soon, please contact Medicare to apply for you Medicare Parts A&B Card. Your Medicare Parts A&B card makes you eligible to enroll in one of the City’s Medicare Advantage Plans with United Health Care or Kaiser, which will lower your monthly premiums.
