Condominiums have traditionally been the most affordable homeownership housing option for first-time homebuyers in the City of Alexandria. Recognizing the importance of common interest communities in preserving the region’s economic and social diversity, the City of Alexandria hopes to broaden awareness of community association management to strengthen and preserve these valuable housing resources for the future.
