Join us for a community meeting on Tuesday, April 28 at 7 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center, 4653 Taney Avenue, to learn about potential changes to the City’s zoning rules related to substandard lots and outlouts. Staff will provide background on the current regulations, explain what prompted this effort, and discuss potential policy changes with attendees. We encourage you to attend, ask questions, and share your perspectives.
