Greg Useem has been the Director of OPA since 2012. Greg’s areas of interest and expertise include data analysis, performance measurement, business intelligence, process improvement, and budgeting. Greg has over fifteen years of experience working in local government analytics and budgeting and earned his MPA from UNC Chapel Hill.
