The Department of Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Activities (RPCA) relies on dedicated volunteers to create meaningful experiences through public spaces, cultural programs, and community events.

Without volunteers, many of RPCA’s programs and activities wouldn’t be possible. From cultural arts and senior programs to therapeutic recreation, youth and adult sports, advisory councils, special events, and park projects, there are countless ways to get involved.
