Notice: Case information* is available via public access computer terminals in the Clerk's Office (Alexandria Courthouse, 520 King St., 3rd Floor), Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except state and federal holidays.

The Alexandria Justice Information System (AJIS) was created in 1999 to integrate data from Alexandria's public safety agencies and courts, becoming one of the first systems of its kind. As a result, online access has been restricted to terminals in the Alexandria Courthouse until the system can be upgraded or replaced. This message will be updated in March 2018.

We recognize the inconvenience caused by this security review and apologize to users who rely on case information. Annual and monthly subscribers will receive automatic refunds for payments made from January 1, 2017, through October 31, 2017. Annual subscribers who made payments from February 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 will receive prorated refunds. Current subscribers may keep their accounts for access to land records (deeds) at the regular subscription rate; only access to case information is suspended.
