Lisa Kemler is a circuit court judge for the Alexandria Circuit Court of the 18th Circuit in Virginia. She was appointed to the court by former Governor Mark Warner in June 2004 and sworn-in as a judge on March 17, 2005. Kemler received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law.
