Welcome to the City of Alexandria's Solicitation Portal, where city vendors will register to view solicitations, download solicitation documents and submit Bids/Proposals.

At the Solicitation Portal, first-time users should then click the "Register" button in the top right corner. After successful registration, returning users can click the "Log In" button at the top right. 

Vendors can access the  Help Section on the Solicitation Portal for more information on how to register, manage your account, find solicitations, prepare bid submissions, and troubleshooting tips.  Videos are also available on many system features within the portal.

Vendor’s receiving contract awards are asked to also register with the City as an active vendor by completing the Vendor Self-Service registration.
