A survey team from CARF International* will be visiting on October 12-13 2023

We invited the surveyors to evaluate how well we meet international standards for quality. The survey will tell us what we are doing well and ways we might improve. As a result of this survey, we may earn or continue accreditation.

As part of the survey, the surveyors will interview people who receive services, their families, our staff, and others. Some questions the survey team members might ask people are:

• Do we provide a clean and safe setting?
• Do you receive the services you need and want?
• Are you treated with respect?
• Do you take part in planning your services?
• Are you told what you need to know about your services?
• Are your questions answered in a way you understand?
• Do you know where to go with questions or concerns?

Hemos invitado a los encuestadores a evaluar el nivel de excelencia con que cumplimos los estándares internacionales de calidad. A través de la encuesta, sabremos lo que estamos haciendo bien y la maneras en que podríamos mejorar. Además, esta nos permitirá obtener o mantener la acreditación.

Como parte de la encuesta, los encuestadores entrevistarán a las personas que reciben servicios, a sus familiares, a nuestro personal y a otros. Algunas de las preguntas que los miembros del equipo de encuestadores podrían hacer son:

• ¿Brindamos un entorno limpio y seguro?
• ¿Recibe los servicios que necesita y desea?
• ¿Lo tratan con respeto?
• ¿Participa en la planificación de sus servicios?
• ¿Le informan lo que debe saber sobre sus servicios?
• ¿Responden sus preguntas de una manera comprensible para usted?
• ¿Sabe dónde tiene que ir si tiene preguntas o inquietudes?
