This unique experience highlights the remarkable women who shaped the history of Gadsby’s Tavern, from Hannah Griffith, the pioneering businesswoman who ran a coffeehouse, to Rebecca Ramsay Reese, whose preservation efforts ensured the tavern’s legacy. Through their stories, guests will explore the political, economic, and social conditions women faced in the past—and how their legacies resonate today.
