Monday, April 1: Live Celtic Music!

Alexandria History Museum at The Lyceum

The Alexandria Sister Cities Committee presents critically acclaimed Bagpiper Craig Weir live at The Lyceum. Please join us as Craig Weir will provide readings from his book, “Weir’s World: Mapping My Musical Memoirs,” play some tunes on the bagpipes, and perform songs that fit his stories from around the world. To close the event and learn more from the crowd Craig will provide a Question and Answer sharing his experiences and connection with Alexandria. Opportunities for book purchases, book signings, and CD purchases will be provided.

The event is free, but a $10 donation is encouraged for light refreshments. Space is limited, so please pre-register here. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m.
