If you are familiar with the options available on our new phone system and wish to by-pass the recorded introduction message when calling 703.746.4200, please do the following as soon as the recorded message begins:   

  • Press 21 - to schedule an inspection or call the automated 24-hour ACCESS System, 703.746.4560, to schedule or cancel inspections
  • Press 0 - to connect with a Code Administration Customer Service Technician or Permit Technician  
  • Press 1 - for a staff directory  
  • Press 4 - to speak with Permit Center staff,  this allows you to choose between Business Licenses, Planning & Zoning, Transportation & Environmental Services or Code Administration
  • Press 3 - for our address, hours of operation or recorded process messages
