This tool is intended to make it easier for the community to understand the role of planning and to access information about the City's Master Plan. The tool summarizes the vision, goals, and key projects in each Small Area Plan (SAP) and how they fit together within the City.

How We Plan
Engaging the Community
Community outreach is a key element of our planning processes. Staff work with residents and stakeholders throughout the city on an ongoing basis to create neighborhood plans, building consensus on a vision for the future to ensure that Plans reflect community goals and expectations. these plans, which together make up the City's Master Plan, serve as the fundamental framework to guide development review and establish the quality and public benefits expected with new development.
