Private and Public Site Plan Review - T&ES
After all appropriate approvals by Planning Commission and/or City Council, Final Site Plans are submitted to Planning and Zoning for review and distribution to other City departments. Transportation and Environmental Services (T&ES), in conjunction with other City departments, reviews Final Site Plans to ensure conformance with approved Special Use Permit conditions, City Codes and Ordinances, Design and Engineering Construction Standards, and other applicable State and Federal requirements.
Planning and Zoning forwards the Final Site Plan submittals to T&ES's Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator distributes the site plans to the following appropriate T&ES Divisions for review:
- Infrastructure Right of Way
- Sanitary Sewer Infrastructure
- Stormwater Management
- Office of Environmental Quality
- Traffic Engineering
- Transportation Planning
- Transit Services
- Resource Recovery
- Public Works Services
These T&ES Divisions review the Final Site Plans related to the following public and private infrastructure improvements:
- Erosion and Sediment Control
- Sanitary Sewers
- Water Mains
- Storm Sewers
- Stormwater Management and Best Management Practices
- Streets
- Street Lighting
