The Market Square Garage is currently closed due to the City Hall and Market Square Renovation project. With the close of the Market Square Garage, the Old Town Employee Discount Parking Program moved to the Courthouse Garage located at 111 South Pitt Street. 

Businesses in Old Town are invited to participate in the City’s Discount Parking Program. Under this program, employees of approved businesses can park for $1 at the Courthouse garage when parking after 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and anytime on weekends and holidays. 

Businesses who are interested in offering the discounted parking program in the Courthouse garage to their employees must apply to be part of the program. Once they become a registered business, each employee will have to sign up for the program. The application forms and participation procedures can be found below:
