Now serving in his second term, Sheriff Sean Casey is a lifelong resident of Alexandria who has dedicated his professional life to keeping his hometown safe. For 22 years, Sheriff Casey has served as an Alexandria law enforcement officer, first at the Alexandria Police Department and then at the Alexandria Sheriff’s Office before becoming Sheriff in 2022.
