Deputy Graduates with Honors from Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy
Congratulations to Deputy Gabrielle Pasley on her recent graduation from the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy! Deputy Pasley excelled throughout the eight-week Jail Officer Basic Training and was selected by her classmates as the class leader.
Sheriff Sean Casey and several members of his command staff attended the June 26 graduation in Fredericksburg. During the ceremony, Deputy Pasley received the award for top academic achievement and she was also recognized for earning second place for overall achievement.
Deputy Pasley’s academy training included defensive tactics, firearms, legal, communication, and topics specific to jail operations and security, such as control of contraband, inmate classification, and transporting inmates. She is now in field training at the Alexandria Adult Detention Center.
