Accessible and confidential* health services including sports physicals, mental health screenings, and sexual health care to any teen (12-19 years old) living in the City of Alexandria.

AHD welcomes people of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Services include:
- Birth control and emergency contraceptive (a.k.a., Plan B or "Morning After" Pill)
- Pregnancy testing
- STI testing and treatment and DoxyPEP to prevent an STI infection immediately after unprotected sex.
- Family planning education and counseling
- Breast cancer and cervical cancer screenings

Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic Website
babycarE program
Medicaid-eligible clients who live in the City of Alexandria can get free, one-on-one support from local nurses, who can:
- Screen pregnant people and babies for healthy growth.
- Teach you about healthy cooking, breastfeeding, and keeping a baby safe.
- Help you find and apply for financial assistance and local support services.

pREGNANCY AND postpartum SUPPORT
AHD's sexual and reproductive health clinic provides some services for postpartum care as well as pregnancy testing and family planning.
Location: 4850 Mark Center Drive, Fourth Floor

Experts work with participants to identify causes of breathing issues and co-create a plan to improve breathing. In ALX Breathes, you can receive free education, supplies, and connections to help you breathe easier to breathe at home.

Services for newly arrived people including:
- Health and tuberculosis screenings

- Referrals to other health, mental health, and community services in Alexandria

Evaluation, treatment, and prevention treatment services for tuberculosis (TB).
- Screening and testing clinics for adults 19 years and older
- Immunization Clinic provides TB tests for children

What you need to bring may change depending on the service you are receiving. Ask what you should bring when you call to make an appointment.
- Insurance cards. If you do not have health insurance, you may be charged some fees based on a sliding fee scale.
- All immunization records.
- Picture ID
- Proof of income
