The Resource Recovery Division is excited to introduce the new digital edition of the Guide to Services! By choosing the digital edition, you’re helping to save paper and joining the City in an ongoing commitment to sustainability goals.
The digital edition is available to download as a pdf at the link below, with translations in Spanish and Amharic also available.

Need a physical copy?
Print copies of the Guide to Services will be available for residents to request by mail or pick up at select locations!
Residents can request a printed copy through Alex311 online or by phone at 703.746.4311. A printed copy will be mailed by July 15 for all requests made on or before July 1.
Copies will also be available for pickup at all Alexandria Library locations or at the T&ES department offices listed below during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.):
- 1800 Limerick Street (AlexRenew building)
- 2900-B Business Center Drive
- 4850 Mark Center Drive
