It’s Time to Get “Back 2 Blue”

The City is launching the “Back 2 Blue” campaign to raise awareness about the improved rush-hour service times on Metrorail and encourage residents and customers to ride the Blue Line. Service on Metrorail’s Blue Line has improved significantly, with rush-hour wait times of just eight minutes.

The City's fall leaf collection program begins on October 30 and runs through December. Residents who receive City residential trash and recycling services have the option of raking leaves to the curb for vacuum trucks, bagging for curbside collection, or composting.
